OUR SERVICE POLICES:
Payment:
We accept: money orders, cashier's checks, International money
orders and/or Bank drafts, Western Union Money Transfer,
BidPay as Cash payment and, MoneyGram International
Money Transfer. Money Orders (ex. USPS) or, Cashiers Checks (ex.
Bank of America).
NOTE; NO personal checks accepted.
'Payment in full' must be received before an item/order is
shipped to the buyer.
NOTE: We accept Credit Card payments (VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express): via PayPal.
NOTE; as of May 1, 2005; due to rising/higher cost of 'everything',
Drumatix is adding an additional service charge (for Handling
and Packing materials) to all item Shipping fees.

We pay cash or Trade for:
Drums; "Rogers, Gretsch,
Camco, Slingerland, Ludwig, Leedy, Pearl, Tama," etc.
Cymbals; "Zildjian, Paiste,
Sabian, UFIP," etc.
Snare Drums, Drum Sets, Single
Drums, any condition.

Purchasing Payment:
Payment may be made by either; money
order, Bank certified cashiers check, Western Union money transfer,
BidPay or, MoneyGram International money transfer. NO personal
checks. Credit card payment received via PayPal.
Shipment:
Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges and handling fees.
All equipment will be shipped via UPS Ground or, USPS First Class
Service unless otherwise specified.
NOTE; All equipment shipped via USPS is required to have a
Tracking Number. NO exceptions.
International orders; will be shipped (suggested) via USPS Air
Priority Mail (7 to 10 day delivery) unless another service is
requested. Plus, an additional packaging and handling charge
will be added to the USPS fees unless other arrangements are
agreed upon.
Drumatix as Buyer:
Drumatix will "pay in full"
to the seller once the merchandise has been received and inspected.
All items must be as described (by whatever means where used)
by the seller. Drumatix will send payment to the seller by whatever
means agreed upon.
OUR TRADE(S) POLICY:
You ship your trade item(s) to us at your expense. We inspect,
and if interested in trading, notify you of such and then ship
our trade item(s) to you (via UPS) at our expense.
If in the event you are not interested in the proposed trade,
call and notify us. Return the trade item(s) unchanged and at
your expense. After our inspection of the returned item(s) we
will return your item(s) unchanged and (via UPS) at our expense.
NOTE: many satisfactory trades have been negotiated.
OUR RETURN POLICY:
Is in effect for three days from the time the customer receives
their shipment.
Customers may return an item for any reason.
Drumatix must be informed by the customer
of intention to return an item within 72 hours or may be subject
to a 25% restocking fee.
We will refund the purchase amount (less any/all H&S fees)
only. Returned item(s) are subject to inspection before refund
is sent. All parts/pieces and drum shell must be in the same
condition they were in (without alteration(s)), prior to being
shipped to the buyer.
Drumatix will NOT accept returned merchandise via COD
shipment.
Addendum Jan. 2000
Item(s) sold via internet auction Website(s) are exempt from
drumatix.com return policy due to said item(s) being sold
'as is, at auction.'
