1943 Wartime), All nickel plating, engraved batter rim, "Dual
Super" 'Clamshell' snare strainer & butt piece.
Note; small mount for the internal
'heating element' which was used for .the original calf skin
drum heads. Also, the tone control knob.
Note; slight separation between
shell and reinforcing ring. There is some separation with the
top/upper reinforcing ring also. Look closely inside the drum
to see the double pad tone control.
